Silent Dogs

My dogs talk a lot. I sometimes I wish we could communicate more effectively than just me cooing and them barking.

 

I really enjoyed this photo series and interview with photographer Martin Usborne.

I know what he means when he talks about dogs feeling like they'll be alone forever and the relief they seem to feel upon seeing me when I've been out of sight. 

I know this because my dogs tell me every time I return through the front door.
